Certification Program – Role-Based Tracks
The ZeroPassword™ MSP Certification Program validates your expertise across sales, deployment, support, and administration. Each track includes guided learning, hands-on labs, and a final assessment.

1. Sales Specialist
This track is designed for account managers and sales teams who position and sell ZeroPassword™ MSP.
You will learn how to tell the ZeroPassword story, qualify opportunities, handle common objections, and tailor messaging by vertical. The exam validates your ability to lead customer conversations and align ZeroPassword with business outcomes.
2. Implementation Specialist
This track focuses on planning and executing ZeroPassword™ deployments.
You will cover architecture design, environment preparation, integration steps, enrollment workflows, pilots, and production rollout. Labs and scenarios simulate real-world projects so you can practice handling edge cases and multi-tenant MSP environments. The certification confirms you can successfully deliver ZeroPassword from design to go-live.
3. Support Specialist
Built for helpdesk and support teams who work with ZeroPassword™ every day.
This track covers user lifecycle tasks (enrollment, bypass, re-enrollment), troubleshooting flows for Windows and macOS, application issues, and how to collect and interpret logs. The exam validates that you can resolve common tickets efficiently and escalate with the right context when needed.
4. Administrator
This track is aimed at ZeroPassword™ portal and tenant administrators.
You will learn how to configure policies, manage tenants and roles, monitor health and usage, and maintain a secure posture across the MSP environment. Topics include reporting, auditing, lifecycle management, and governance. The certification validates that you can operate ZeroPassword as a strategic security platform.
