Complete the certification modules below to validate your ability to deploy and manage ZeroPassword™ MSP environments. Each module includes a short assessment and practical validation steps.

How certification works
Open the module, review the guide, then start the certification. A passing score indicates readiness to implement the topic in customer environments.
Foundation
1. ZeroPassword MSP & Architecture Fundamentals – Certification
Validate understanding of MSP architecture, tenant isolation, authentication flow, and role separation.
Tenant & Access Management
2. New Tenant Setup & Initial Configuration – Certification
Demonstrate the ability to create and onboard a new tenant, apply baseline settings, and validate access.
3. Tenant Managers & Role Assignment – Certification
Validate manager onboarding, role assignment, and permission boundaries across tenants.
Identity Integrations
4. Active Directory Integration (Remote AD Agent) – Certification
Prove capability to deploy Remote AD Agent, configure required permissions (incl. MSA), and verify user/group sync.
5. Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Integration – Certification
Validate Entra ID directory deployment, permissions/consent, synchronization behavior, and verification steps.
Endpoint Deployment
6. Windows Agent Deployment & Configuration – Certification
Validate MSI creation and deployment readiness (Intune, GPO, RMM) and confirm post-install authentication behavior.
7. macOS Agent Deployment & Configuration – Certification
Validate Mac package creation, MDM/scripted deployment considerations, and required macOS permissions for smooth operation.
Authentication & Federation
8. Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Federation – Certification
Validate federation configuration, verification steps, and understanding of rollback/recovery scenarios.
9. RADIUS Proxy Deployment – Certification
Validate installation and configuration of RADIUS Proxy and the ability to test end-to-end authentication with network devices.
Advanced Configuration
10. Shared Account Configuration – Certification
Validate secure configuration for shared accounts (service desks, kiosks, jump servers) and audit implications.
11. Portal Branding & Tenant Customization – Certification
Validate branding configuration (logos/colors/text), portal behavior settings, and customer-facing best practices.
Certification Completion
12. End-to-End Deployment Validation – Final Assessment
Validate the complete flow: tenant → identity → agent deployment → authentication → troubleshooting and best practices.
