Octopus Server TLS 1.0 and 1.1 End of support

As part of ongoing efforts to modernize platforms, and to improve security and reliability, TLS 1.0 and 1.1 have been deprecated by Secret Double Octopus as of Today (10/7/2022)

Any access to users portal or Octopus management console will be done with TLS 1.2 and up.

The Change is effective on all Octopus SaaS tenants.

TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 are end of support on all SaaS tenant from today
