By providing your mobile number, you agree that Secret Double Octopus may send you periodic SMS and/or MMS messages containing, but not limited to, important information, updates, deals, and specials.

You agree to notify us of any change to your mobile number and to update your account with us to reflect that change.
By subscribing to or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that Secret Double Octopus has the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.
Opt out and get help

Note: Opting out of SMS stops text messages only. It does not close your Secret Double Octopus account or affect other communications you have agreed to receive.

We use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.
How we share it
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may share information only with service providers that help us deliver messages (such as messaging platforms and carriers), and only as needed to operate the service.

Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?
Secret Double Octopus will never charge you for the text messages you receive. Depending on your phone plan, however, you may see charges from your mobile provider. Please contact your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.

Message frequency varies depending on your account activity and the updates we send.
I changed my mobile number. What should I do?
Update your account with your new number, or contact us so we can update it for you.
