Introduction
The ability to designate a group, in a service, as an Auto-Enrolled group provides additional level of automation for on-boarding and for leaving users. Users added to the group will get an invite(s) automatically. Users removed from the group will be blocked.
Solution
Auto-Enroll groups configuration was added on Octopus authentication server v.4.0 for Octopus. The functionality has been expanded in Octopus server version 4.6 and above to FIDO and OTP enrollments invites as well. It includes the configuration of the Auto-Enroll invitation and behavior.
Options
- Set users to Block when removed from auto-enroll group
- Send Octopus Authentication invitation
- Send FIDO Invitation
- Send OTP Invitation
