Use this list as your checklist when setting up new tenants or expanding an existing deployment.
1. Setup New Tenant
Create and onboard a new tenant in the ZeroPassword™ MSP console, including initial access and baseline settings.
2. Add Manager to Tenant
Add or invite tenant managers, assign appropriate roles, and validate they can access the portal securely.
3. Integrate User Identity with Active Directory and Remote AD
Connect ZeroPassword™ to Microsoft Active Directory to sync users and groups.
4. Integrate User Identity with Entra ID
Connect ZeroPassword™ to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) to sync users and groups.
5. Create Windows Agent MSI
Generate a Windows MSI installer package for your tenant, ready for deployment via tools like Intune, GPO, or RMM.
6. Create Mac Agent Package
Build and download the Mac agent package, including any configuration needed for MDM or scripted deployment.
7. Office 365 Federation
Configure federation with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 so users authenticate seamlessly through ZeroPassword™.
8. Portal Branding and Configuration
Apply customer branding (logos, colors, texts) and fine-tune portal options to match the customer’s look and policies.
9. Configure Google Workspace with SDO
Configure Google Workspace integration with Secret Double Octopus, including the SDO service setup, Google-side configuration, Google Credential Provider for Windows (GCPW) installation, and end-user authentication flow.
10. Shared Account Configuration
Configure shared or generic accounts (service desks, kiosks, jump servers) to work securely with ZeroPassword™.
